Big Technologies plc, the UK-based remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 16 October 2023 that Sara Murray, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 16 October 2023 at a price of GBP1.95 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Ms Murray holds 73,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 25.15% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
