The Board of Bluehone AiM VCT plc announces that on 12 November 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 138,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 47.50p.



Following this purchase there are now 21,103,696 ordinary shares of 10p in
issue.



The above figure (21,103,696) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bluehone AiM VCT plc under
