    APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Business Post Group plc announces the appointment of Trevor Jenkins C.A. to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate
effect.  He will also chair the Audit Committee, succeeding Dennis Clark who retired from the Board on 9 July 2008.

    Trevor is currently Chief Financial Officer of Reed Business, a division of Reed Elsevier Group Plc, and has previously held senior
financial roles at Pearson Plc and Mars Inc.

    Peter Kane, Chairman, said:

    "The Board are very pleased to welcome Trevor to the Board. His financial and broad commercial experience will be major assets to the
business".

    There is nothing further to disclose relating to Mr Jenkins' appointment pursuant to Section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
