    Change Of Trading Name and TIDM Code

    Further to the Company's announcement of 16 December 2008, the Company's shares will commence trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange under its new trading name and new symbol "BRL" from 8 am today, 18 December 2008. The new ISIN number for the Company's
ordinary shares listed on AIM will be AU000000BTR5.

    Annual Report and Accounts

    The Company announces that the Company's annual report for the year ended 30 June 2008 has been posted to shareholders who have elected
to receive a copy. 

    A copy of the Annual Report (under the name AIM Resources Limited) is also available on the Company's website
