                   Name Change and Major New Product Launch

Name Change

Business Serve PLC, one of the UK's leading converged communication providers,
announces a change of name for the entire Business Serve group to Legend
Communications plc.

The decision to change the name to Legend Communications is a result of the
successful acquisition strategy employed by Business Serve plc over the last few
years.  With 13 acquisitions made to date a period of consolidation for network
infrastructure and the associated brands was deemed essential. Integration is
progressing well and the next logical step was to move towards a familiar name
for the creation of one brand for the entire Group.

Product Launch

Legend Communications announces the launch of innovative market leading fixed
price unlimited VoIP call plans for the residential and business marketplaces.

Today Legend Communications launches new unique call plans which offer fixed
price unlimited UK and International VoIP calls from just #4.99 a month.
Unlimited calls include 01 and 02 prefixes within the UK and a range of
destinations including but not limited to USA, Canada, China, Russia, Japan,
Australia, France, Spain and Germany for the International plan.

Legend Communication's market differentiator is the ability to enable consumers
and businesses to benefit for the first time, from calling International
destinations as part of their inclusive fixed price VoIP call plan package. In
addition to the benefits delivered by the plug and play technology employed
through PipeCall, the call plans start from as little as #4.99 for UK unlimited
call plans and #16.99 for unlimited UK and International call plans. Legend
