Business Systems Group Holdings plc announces that on 28 March 2008 it sold
1,083,660 shares from treasury.

Following this sale, the Company now holds a total of 6,216,340 shares in
treasury.

The number of shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares is
77,966,625.

The above figure (77,966,625) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they  determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Business Systems Group  Holdings
plc, under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
