The Company is pleased to announce today's appointment of Mark Julian Stewart to
the Board of Directors of the Company as Commercial Director.

Mr Stewart has held various director and senior management positions at Cable &
Wireless, BT, Hong Kong Telecom, Storm Telecom and, most recently, BNS Mobile
Ltd (formerly Telecom Asia Ltd), representing an international telecoms career
in new business development and commercial management spanning over 20 years.

Mr Stewart was a director of Advantel Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Advantage Telecom Limited (of which Mr Stewart was also a director), between
September 2001 and November 2003. The directors, following Mr Stewart's
resignation from Advantage Telecom Limited, restructured its group of companies
and placed Advantel Limited into voluntary liquidation in February 2004.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under
Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
