New Service Provider Agreement with Vodafone UK



BNS Telecom Group plc (AIM: BTP), one of the leading providers of telecoms
services to the UK SME and corporate market, has been awarded a new long term
service provider contract by Vodafone UK.



Growth in mobile telecoms services is strategically important to the growth of
BNS. The new service provider contract allows BNS to offer customers a broader
range of mobile tariffs which in turn leads to a more compelling mobile telecoms
solution to the SME and corporate market.  BNS expects mobile services growth to
accelerate as a result of the new contract.



The service provider contract, one of the few new name service provider
agreements issued in recent years, runs to 31 December 2009.

"We have worked with Vodafone UK under a reseller agreement since August 2005.
The new service provider agreement enhances our strategic relationship with
Vodafone UK and enables us to offer a more flexible mobile telecoms solution to
our customers.  It significantly strengthens our ability to deliver a converged
fixed and mobile telecoms service to the SME and corporate market."
