Contract Gain: Revenue Share Deal with Hit40uk

Blue Star Mobile Group plc ("Blue Star" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed
provider of entertainment and promotional content via mobile phones, announces
it has entered into an agreement with Hit40uk, the UK's biggest music chart
show, to deliver a reverse auction via a text messaging service.

Hit40uk, which is broadcast live to 120 local radio stations between 4pm and 7pm
on Sunday and presented by Katy Hill and Simon Hirst, this weekend launched a
reverse auction giving listeners the opportunity to win a 'Money can't buy
prize' such as VIP tickets to see U2 live in concert in Lisbon.

Each text bid costs 50p and the auction prize will go to the entrant with the
lowest unique bid. All costs will be charged to the entrant's mobile telephone
bill. In excess of 50,000 bids are expected to have been placed and Blue Star
and Hit40uk will share the revenue equally.

Steve Clarke, Chief Executive, Blue Star Mobile Group plc said: "We are
delighted to have signed a deal with such a major media brand. It is the only
such agreement in the UK by a media content provider and a top UK radio show.
This agreement with Hit40uk is our second revenue share deal since our flotation
in April and further underlines Blue Star's leading position in the mobile
telecommunications market place, for customers in the music, games, sports and
news media."
