                               New US subsidiary


Blue Star Mobile Group PLC, the AIM listed organisation which develops and
delivers mobile marketing solutions, announces that it has set up Blue Star
Mobile Inc, a wholly owned US subsidiary based in Chicago.



David Maclachan, who is currently a non-executive board Director, will take up
an executive role with immediate effect and head up the US operation.



Steve Clarke, CEO of Blue Star Mobile commented, "Over the past 12 months our
business has become more internationally focused and we believe that the
creation of our US operation will increase our ability to service our existing
clients and secure new business across the United States."
