Base Prospectus dated 10 April 2012 relating to the EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium 
Term Note Programme of Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola 
Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. as guarantor. 
 
 
 
The Base Prospectus approval relates to the update of the company's Euro Medium 
Term Note Programme, and to the increase of its size from EUR2,000,000,000 to EUR 
3,000,000,000, and does not relate to any issuance of notes thereunder.
