Change In Substantial Shareholder's Interests 
 
The Company announces that on 30 March 2009 it received a notification from 
Deutsche Bank AG ("DB") that DB had on 24 March 2009 disposed of 822,000 
existing issued ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average 
sale price of GBP0.365 per share and that DB now holds 10,610,115 Ordinary 
Shares, representing approximately 3.77 per cent. of the total issued share 
capital of the Company. 
 
 
Share Capital and Substantial Interests 
 
 
As of 30 March 2009, CCP's issued share capital consists of 281,193,011 ordinary 
shares of par value GBP0.01 each. 
 
 
The above figure of 281,193,011 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in or in relation to, the share 
capital of the Company under the Company's articles of association (the 
"Articles"). 
 
 
Shareholders are advised to refer to the Company's website,

obligations to notify the Company of their Substantial Interests in and in 
relation to the Company's capital pursuant to the Company's Articles. A copy of
