Director's Dealings

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 21 February 2012 Paul Cassidy (Chairman) transferred 13,850 ordinary shares to each of Philip Cassidy and Peter Cassidy (Joint Managing Directors). The price at which the shares were transferred was 45 pence per share.

Following the transfer of these shares the director's interest in the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:

Paul Cassidy is interested in 2,406,550 ordinary shares representing 43.56 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Philip Cassidy and Peter Cassidy are each interested in 141,793 ordinary shares representing 2.57 per cent. of the issued share capital.
