On 20 July 2012 Continental Farmers Group plc's Chairman, Nick Parker transferred 1,937,398 ordinary shares to direct family members, such shares having being held by Nick Parker under power of attorney for the benefit of these same family interests. Nick Parker's direct holding in the ordinary shares of Continental Farmers Group plc has consequently been reduced to 1,851,587, representing 1.13% of the Group's ordinary shares in issue.
