Eurasian Natural Resources Corp PLC (ENRC.LN) said Tuesday that as at 1300 GMT Dec. 14, it had received valid acceptances from eligible Central African Mining & Exploration Company PLC (CFM.LN) shareholders in respect of 1.93 billion CAMEC shares, representing 93.92% of the shares to which the offer relates.

MAIN FACTS:

-As at 1300 GMT Dec. 14, ENRC either owned or had received valid acceptances in respect of 2.75 billion CAMEC shares, representing 95.66% of the entire issued share capital of CAMEC.
