                               Director's Dealing



Cosmedia Group Holdings Limited ("Cosmedia" or the "Company") announces that on
16 January 2007 it had received notice that on 15 January 2007 Shine First
Investments Limited ("Shine"), which is a company owned by Stanley Kit Pong,
Executive Chairman and a director of the Company, disposed of 70,175 ordinary
shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of US$3.05 per ordinary share.



Following this transfer, Mr. Pong remains interested in 28,199,570 ordinary
shares representing 61.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
