                           Annual Report and Accounts

Cosmedia Group Holdings Limited ("Cosmedia" or the "Company") announces that
printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2006 will be distributed to shareholders today, 6 June 2007, together with the
Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.  An electronic copy of the
Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2006 will shortly be available from the
Company's website at www.cosmedia.com.hk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 25/F., Henley Building, 5
Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on 29 June 2007 at 5 p.m. Hong Kong time.
