    The Company confirms that at today's General Meeting the resolutions set out in the circular to shareholders dated 2 September  (the
"Circular") approving the voluntarily winding up of the Company, appointing the Liquidators to the Company and authorising the Liquidators
to divide the assets of the Company among the members in accordance with the Scheme, were duly passed.
