China Rerun Chemical Group Ltd (CHRR.L), the producer of lubricant products for domestic automotive, industrial and agricultural markets in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), announces that the Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial period ended 31 August 2013 will be held at 16:30 hrs (China Time) on 28 February 2014 at Room 407, Block B-11, Service Outsourcing Industrial Park, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Daqing, Heilongjiang, P.R. China 163316.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 August 2013, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, Proxy Form and Form of Direction have been posted to shareholders and are available to be downloaded from the Company's website at: www.chinarerun.com.
