The following amendment has been made to the "Notification of Interest" 
announcement released on 31 August 2010 at 11.51am under RNS Number 8701R. 
 
The number of shares held by AXA S.A. and its group of companies ("AXA") is 
125,000 not 100,000 as previously stated. The effect of this change is detailed 
below where the percentage of voting rights held by AXA is 4.2%. 
 
All other details remain unchanged.

Critical Information Group plc (the "Company") has received notification that 
AXA S.A. and its group of companies has a total interest in 125,000 ordinary 
shares, representing 4.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
