    Cockleshell Limited announces directors' acquisition of shares

    Belize City, Belize, July 2, 2008. Cockleshell Limited (London - AIM: CKL) (the "Company") has today been notified that the following
acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company have been made at an average price of 50p per share:

    Philip Johnson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 100,000 shares. Peter Gaze, a non-executive director of the Company,
acquired 350,000 shares. 

    The beneficial holdings of Mr. Johnson and Mr. Gaze in the Company following this acquisition increased to 254,380 ordinary shares and
466,472, respectively, representing 0.6 per cent and 1.0 per cent, respectively, of the total issued share capital of the Company.
