Commercial Group Properties PLC, the recently AIM-listed property development
company, notes reports made in the media concerning the Company and Wigan
Municipal Borough Council. The Company can confirm it is in negotiations with
the Council with regard to bringing Chinese textile and apparel manufacturing
companies to Council owned development sites.
