Statement re. Accounts and Continued Suspension 
 
 
The Company today announces that it is not in a position to publish either its 
audited accounts for the year ended 30 April 2008 nor its interim accounts for 
the period ended 31 October 2008 as the Company's auditors have yet to conclude 
their audit review of the Company's consolidated accounts or their review of the 
interim accounts.  Accordingly, the suspension of trading in the Company's 
ordinary shares on AIM remains in place. Further announcements will be made in 
due course.
