The Company was informed yesterday that on 7 July 2006, Eaglet Investment Trust
plc sold 73,500 shares and is now interested in a total of 1,260,431 ordinary 2p
shares, representing 12.34% of the issued share capital of the Company. The
shareholding is held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
