The Company was informed yesterday that following the purchase of 25,000
ordinary shares on 30 September 2004, discretionary clients of Bestinvest
(Brokers) plc have an interest in aggregate 733,249 ordinary shares representing
7.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  The shares are
