Lease signed on new 19,000 sq ft manufacturing and R&D facility

ClearStream Technologies Group plc ("ClearStream" or "the Company"), the specialist global supplier of medical devices used in coronary and peripheral interventional procedures, is pleased to announce that it has signed a 25 year lease on an additional 19,000 sq ft facility immediately adjacent to its current facility in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

This additional space will enable the phase two expansion of ClearStream's manufacturing capacity. All customer facing functions and R&D will relocate to the new facility where a new R&D lab will also be built. Some 8,000 sq ft of the new facility will be set aside for future manufacturing clean room space. In the existing facility, clean rooms will be upgraded and expanded to create additional manufacturing capacity and to provide further flexible manufacturing capabilities.

Andy Jones, CEO of ClearStream, commented "We are delighted to have been able to secure at an attractive rate this excellent facility so convenient to our existing location. This will give us substantially more manufacturing capacity and flexibility and should cover our needs for the foreseeable future. Our plans include significant expansion of our R&D capability within this new facility, supporting our drive to increase our product and technology pipeline".
