Centurion was notified on 12 August 2005 in accordance with sections 198 to 210
of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Eaglet Investment Trust plc no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.

The Unicorn AIM VCT plc which is also managed by Unicorn Asset Management
Limited holds 1,692,940 ordinary shares representing 6.81% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
