CMS WebView plc ("CMS" or "the Company"), providers of systems and software for
real-time data distribution and management, notes the recent rise in its share
price.


CMS confirms it is currently in initial discussions with another party that may
lead to a significant acquisition, which if completed, is likely to be
classified as a reverse takeover under the AIM rules.


Therefore, CMS has requested the suspension of trading in its shares pending the
publication of an Admission Document or a further announcement.
