American Greetings Partner with DIC Entertainment in CBS' Saturday Morning
                           Children's Programme Block

DIC Entertainment, a fully integrated global children's brand management
company, and American Greetings announce that American Greetings properties
shall feature in one of the three hours of the DIC-operated Saturday morning CBS
kid's programme block. The deal includes new episodes of the all-time favourite
Care Bears; never-seen-before TV episodes of the home entertainment and cinema
hit property Strawberry Shortcake and a new co-produced series Sushi Pack.

"We have had a tremendous amount of success with American Greetings in
re-launching Strawberry Shortcake, and DIC is thrilled to continue our
relationship as we partner to introduce brand new entertainment from the classic
property Care Bears, as well as the innovative new property Sushi Pack,"
commented Jeffrey Edell, President, DIC. "This partnership benefits DIC through
the quality of the programming it will bring to the block and the co-production
involvement with the new properties. Significantly it highlights the importance
of our block as a means of reaching the 4-11 audience."

Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake will target children ages 4-8 and Sushi Pack
will skew higher to children ages 6 - 11. All three series are scheduled to
launch September 2007 on the CBS block.
