                                 Share Options

As previously announced, the shares available for issuance under DIC
Entertainment Inc.'s stock option plan were recently increased by 2,000,000
shares at the AGM held on October 19, 2007.  In keeping with the Company's
compensation plan, the Company has also previously announced its intention to
issue new stock options to members of the Board and the Company's management
following the aforementioned approval at the AGM.  On November 7, 2007, the
Company awarded stock options to members of the Board, as set forth below.  In
addition, stock option grants were awarded to members of the Company's
management.  The stock options have an exercise price of $1.24 that being the
closing price on November 7, 2007.  The grants to Board members are as follows:
