             Copyright Promotions Licensing Group ("CPLG") earn-out



(21 April, 2008) DIC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to
announce that CPLG, the pan-European licensing agency acquired by the Company in
June 2006, continues to perform strongly and achieved its 2007 earn-out targets
under which additional consideration in the from of ordinary shares are paid to
former CPLG equity holders.



Accordingly, application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of
445,700 new ordinary shares which have been allotted to the former CPLG equity
holders. Admission is expected to occur on 24 April 2008.

CPLG, which had its most profitable year in its 34 year trading history in 2007,
represents brands of world-renowned entertainment and sports companies, such as
DreamWorks Animation, The FA, Marvel, MGM, Sony, 20th Century Fox and Viacom.
The company has created licensing programs across Europe for high-profile brands
including Shrek, The Simpsons, Spider-Man, Star Trek, Pink Panther, Peanuts,
Strawberry Shortcake, Dora the Explorer and Care Bears.
