    RE: Suspension of trading pending outcome of Special Stockholder Meeting

    DIC announces that it will today, at 10:00 am (Pacific Daylight Time), hold a stockholder meeting (the "Special Stockholder Meeting") at
which DIC stockholders will vote upon whether to adopt the agreement and plan of merger dated 20 June 2008 (the "Merger Agreement") entered
into with Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc. and CJ Acquisition Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc. (as announced
and described on 20 June 2008) and approve the merger contemplated by the Merger Agreement (the "Merger").

    Effective from 07:00 am (BST) today, DIC's issued and outstanding common stock (the "DIC Stock") has now been suspended from admission
to trading on AIM pending the outcome of the Special Stockholder Meeting. 

    Should the Merger Agreement and the Merger be approved at the Special Stockholder Meeting by a simple majority of the DIC stockholders,
and then following the closing of the Merger and upon the filing of the certificate of merger with the Delaware Secretary of State on or
about 21 July 2008, the Merger shall become effective and the admission to trading of the DIC Stock on AIM will remain suspended until
cancellation of its admission to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 07:00 am (BST) on 23 July 2008.
