RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the Annual General Meeting of New India Investment Trust PLC
("the Company") held on 9 September 2015, all resolutions in the
Notice of the Meeting as set out in the Annual Report for the year
ended 31 March 2015 ("2015 Annual Report"), were passed on a show
of hands.
