                                 Trading update


Deltron Electronics plc (LSE: DET), the specialist European electronic component
solutions provider, today provides an update on trading for the year ending 30th
September 2005. The Company expects to release its preliminary results for the
period on 8th December 2005.



When we announced our interim results on 9th June 2005 we advised that "profit
before tax, goodwill amortisation and exceptional items over the full financial
year should show a marked improvement on the previous 12 months"; we now confirm
that trading has been in line with those expectations. The recent acquisitions,
Deltrona in Germany and BES Electronics in the UK, have integrated well, giving
the Deltron board confidence about the Group's prospects in the coming year.
