    Dipford Group plc - in Administration ("Dipford" or the "Company")

    Resignation of Nominated Adviser

    Following the posting of the Joint Administrators' report to creditors, the Company announces that Blue Oar Securities plc has resigned
as nominated adviser with immediate effect.  If the Company is unable to appoint another nominated adviser the Dipford's AIM Securities will
be cancelled at 7am on 23 September 2008.
