Dealogic (Holdings) plc - Results of General Meeting 
 
Dealogic (Holdings) plc ("Dealogic" or "the Company"), the provider of a 
platform of software, communications and information products to the investment 
banking industry, is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting of the 
Company which took place earlier today (the "General Meeting"), the special 
resolution proposed to shareholders, as set out in the notice of General Meeting 
contained in the Circular published by the Company dated 2 June 2010 (the 
"Circular"), was duly passed. 
It is expected that the results of the Tender Offer as described in the Circular 
will be announced by 3.00p.m. on 21 June 2010.
