Deutsche Land announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and 
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008, together with the 
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the offices of Equity 
Limited, 3rd Floor, St George's Court, Upper Church Street, Douglas, Isle of Man 
IM1 1EE on Thursday 6 August 2009 at 12 noon and the form of proxy for use at 
the AGM. 
 
 
Copies of these documents are available free of charge from the Company's 
Manager, Deutsche Land Management LLP, at 35 Berkeley Square, London, W1J 5BF 
for a period of at least one month and on the Company's website at
