                               Board announcement


The board of Deep-Sea Leisure PLC, the leisure company which runs two aquariums,
Blue Planet Aquarium in Chester and Deep Sea World in Edinburgh, announces that
Mr Juan Carlos Smith and Mr Malcolm Flinn have resigned from the board with
immediate effect.

The Chairman would like to thank Mr Smith and Mr Flinn for their contribution to
the company.
