DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DSL" or the "Company")

POSTPONEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT AND SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON AIM

The Board of DSL announces that, further to the postponement of the Company's
interim results announcement beyond 29 November 2002, trading in DSL's shares on
the Alternative Investment Market has been suspended with immediate effect.

Following the acquisition of a majority interest in DSL by Net-Ein SA and the
appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") as auditors to DSL, the Board
requested that PwC undertake, inter alia, a detailed review of the Company's
accounting policies as part of its audit of the financial results for the eight
month period ended 31 October 2002.

This review has highlighted the possible need to change certain accounting
policies previously adopted by the Company, in particular, the appropriate
period for amortisation of Government grants.  DSL and PwC are presently
clarifying the position and establishing the impact of any necessary changes in
relation to the financial results for the six month period ended 31 August 2002
and the restatement of prior financial periods, if appropriate.  The Board will
release the interim results statement for the six month period ended 31 August
2002 once any necessary changes have been finalised.
