accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that Net Ein S.A. having
its registered office at 39 Rue Arthur Herchen, Luxembourg has a notifiable
interest in 5,740,000 ordinary shares, representing 29.9%  of the issued
ordinary share capital of Deep-Sea Leisure PLC.
