    Offer update - termination of offer period
    In its interim results for the period ended 30 June 2008, which were announced on the 29 September 2008, Treveria provided an update on
its ongoing strategic review and stated that "a sale of the entire Company is unlikely to produce the best outcome for shareholders".
    Further to this statement, Treveria now confirms that it is no longer engaged in discussions that would result in a sale of the
Company.
    Accordingly Treveria is no longer in an offer period as defined by the Takeover Code.
