                                 New Contract                                  

Energy Asset Management Plc's, wholly owned subsidiary Energy Assets Limited
("EAL") has concluded an agreement with an Energy Supplier to install, manage
and maintain new and replacement industrial and commercial gas meter
installations. (For reasons of commercial confidentiality the Energy Suppliers
name has been withheld)

 

With Automated Meter Reading (AMR) now being considered a key driver, the
directors of EAL envisage that the services they provide offer the Industry a
flexible, commercially viable solution to accommodate those meter installations
that don't have suitable technology to fit AMR. EAL are in discussions with
other potential customers regarding the delivery of this service.
