EUROPEAN BUSINESS JETS PLC - Additional Listing - Correction For Immediate Release: 05 April 2005 - Correction The Following announcement replaces announcement PRNUK-0404051741-8D44, released yesterday at approximately 1742hrs. Contrary to that announcement, the new shares have in fact been allotted to two new sales agents of the Company in order that they may participate at the same level as the 1.5p placing and not in lieu of commissions as stated in the announcement. All other information in the announcement, re-issued below, remains unchanged. European Business Jets Plc ("EBJ" or "the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 800,000 EBJ Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each. The shares have been issued at 1.5p per share in order that two new sales agents of the Company may participate in the recent placing at the same price. Admission is expected to take place on 7 April 2005.
