in respect of its BNP PARIBAS ENERGY-BASE METALS  SECURE GROWTH CELL (the
"Cell")

CHANGES TO THE PROVISION OF COLLATERAL TO THE COMPANY

The board of directors is pleased to announce that agreement has been reached to
improve the provision of collateral to the Company under the investment
contracts entered into with BNP Paribas SA to the extent that the frequency of
collateral monitoring will be changed from monthly to weekly.

Furthermore the Minimum Transfer Amount under the ISDA Credit Support Deed dated
29 June 2005 has been increased to #1,000,000.
