Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, EBT
Mobile China plc notifies the market of the following:

EBT's issued share capital consists of 219,970,479 ordinary shares of 0.1p each
with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 219,970,479 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, EBT under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
