RS Components Adds Energy-Efficient Microcontrollers to
Semiconductor Offer in Global Distribution Deal With Energy Micro

Franchise agreement will increase access to
industry's lowest power microcontroller range for customers
worldwide
RS Components (RS), the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc
(LSE:ECM), the world's leading high service distributor of
electronics and maintenance products, has agreed a global franchise
deal with Energy Micro, the energy friendly microcontroller and
radio company.
Within the scope of the agreement, RS will stock Energy Micro's
complete range of ultra low power ARM Cortex-based
microcontrollers, semiconductor development kits, starter kits and
tools in its warehouses across Europe, Asia
and North America.
