                                 Correction - Directors' Shareholdings

On 11 July 2008, Eden Research issued two announcements regarding the shareholdings of Stephen O'Brien
and Sir Ben Gill, both non-executive directors of the Company.

It was stated that Stephen O'Brien holds 47,059 shares representing 0.8% of the Company's issued share
capital and Sir Ben Gill holds 39,603 shares, representing 0.7% of the Company's share capital.  The
percentages were incorrectly calculated and the correct percentages are as set out below:
