RESTORATION OF TRADING 
 
Eden,  a  leading  UK  agrochemical development company, announces that trading in the  Company's  ordinary 
shares of 1p each will be restored with effect from 08.00 today. 
 
At  the time of the suspension of trading in the Company's shares on 23 April 2010, Eden was in the process 
of considering a number of issues, specifically relating to the Company's ongoing working capital position, 
which were such that the Directors deemed it appropriate to request the immediate suspension of trading  in 
the Company's shares while these issues were investigated and resolved as appropriate. 
 
Eden  is  pleased to announce that these issues have now been satisfactorily resolved and the  Company  has 
therefore requested the restoration of trading in its shares today. 
 
The  Company's audited results for the year ended 31 December 2009 are expected to be released  on  28  May 
2010 and the Directors remain confident in the Company's prospects for the future. 
 
BOARD CHANGE 
 
As a result of being appointed to the Government as Minister for International Development, Stephen O'Brien 
is required to resign as a non-executive Director of Eden with immediate effect. 
 
The remaining Directors of Eden would like congratulate Stephen on his appointment and to thank him for his 
contribution to the development of the Company. 
 
The Company hopes to appoint an alternative non-executive Director in due course.
