EEP is pleased to confirm that a Circular and Notice of AGM has now been posted to shareholders which includes, as special business, the adoption of new Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation.

The Company's AGM will be held at 10:00 am on 7 December 2016 at 1(st) Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX.
