                               Directorate change 
 
The Board of Eatonfield Group plc ("Eatonfield" or "the Company") announces that 
on 16 April 2010 Paul Williams notified the Company of his decision to retire as 
Executive Chairman of the Company, with effect from 31 May 2010. Mr Williams 
will continue in his role as Executive Chairman until close of business on that 
date to provide the Company with the opportunity to appoint a suitable 
successor. 
 
Rob Lloyd, Group Chief Executive, said: "I would like to thank Paul for his 
contribution to Eatonfield since joining the Company as Group Finance Director 
in April 2009 and then following his appointment as Executive Chairman in June 
2009. The process of identifying and appointing a successor to Paul will begin 
with immediate effect."
